These Deep Healing Sessions are very much about your own personal journey and you can share as much or as little as you want to.

What is Shadow Work?

Your Shadow is all of the disowned, unhealed parts of you that you store and hide in your subconscious.  The hidden aspects of your psyche; the things you keep hidden and bury deep.

This month’s Sacred Sister Circle helps you unlock the power of self-discovery and inner transformation.  Through insightful self-reflection, Natalie will help you identify and work through the obstacles and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back form living your true potential magnificent self.

Held on the Full Moon, this is the perfect time to illuminate the darkness that lies within!

The Kind of Things to Expect –

On arrival, you are always welcome to make yourself a wee cup of tea and make yourself at home.

You might want to wear comfortable clothes.

Inner reflection, prompted journaling and some simple written exercises so if you have a special journal you like to use, please bring this.

Guided meditation and breathwork.

Natalie likes to work intuitively so please bring an open mind and know that all plans are open to change and divine intervention and guidance!
