Join Natalie for her monthly Sacred Soul Circles for deep healing, soul connection and spiritual growth.

Each month, Natalie shares healing knowledge and practices on different topics and themes.

On the eve of the Winter Solstice, this month’s Sacred Sister Circle helps you put closure to the end of the year by helping you let go of habits, patterns and relationships that are no longer serving you and no longer fit into your life.  You will learn how to release toxic relationships, explore what and who you want to let go of and help you prepare for your new path ahead.

These Sacred Circles are very much about your own personal journey and you can share as much or as little as you want to.

The Kind of Things to Expect –

On arrival, you are always welcome to make yourself a wee cup of tea and make yourself at home.

Cacao and Energy Cleansing

You might want to wear comfortable clothes.

Inner reflection, prompted journaling and some simple written exercises so if you have a special journal you like to use, please bring this.

Guided meditation and breathwork.

Ritual practices including fire ceremony.

Natalie likes to work intuitively so please bring an open mind and know that all plans are open to change and divine intervention and guidance!
