Spring is Starting To Spring!

 

As we bear witness to Mother Nature's slow emergence from winter rest into Spring (hooray!), we welcome you back to Natalie's weekly Yin and Flow yoga classes here at our magical healing studio at Dartmoor Reach.

Exciting news for Spring - we have completed our lovely outdoor yoga sala.  You will be able to enjoy yoga, meditation and healing events in the great outdoors, bathed in the sound of nature and surrounded by natural beauty.  Natalie's next Dream Project!

Natalie offers a weekly schedule of different classes as well as monthly workshops, live streams and events.   All classes and workshops are held at her beautiful, spacious yoga studio at Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm, Dunley Lane, Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9PW.

Natalie's Guided Meditation 

1st Friday of Every Month  5pm - 6pm

Take an hour out each month to completely re-set your energy, your soul and your body.  While you rest in the comfort, safe and beautiful space that is Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm, Natalie will guide you through a meditative journey that will leave you feeling rested, refreshed and transformed.  A perfect way to end your week and begin your month.

Class Investment is £9

10 Class Package is £80 (valid for 6 months)

Natalie is very aware of how hard the last couple of years has been financially for many and has always offered a cheaper rate of payment for those struggling.  Please email her directly if you find yourself in this position and still want to do yoga.  She is always happy to try to help you on your healing path.

Beginners Meditation Course - Meditation can help you alleviate stress, cope with anxiety, sleep better and relax more.  Its widely reported benefits include increasing 'feel good' hormones in your body (dopamine, oxytocin, seratonin).  It can help you feel calmer, happier and more connected to yourself and the world around you.  Natalie's Beginners Course gives the opportunity to explore a variety of mediation styles and techniques including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Buddhist Vipassana, Chakra Balancing, Mantra Meditation, Energy Medicine, Yoga Nidra as well as teaching you grounding and protecting tools.

Fridays 11am - 12 noon for 5 weeks

 

Yin yoga is a gentle, passive style where all postures are done on the mat (no standing). The emphasis is on breath awareness and stillness while poses are held for 3 -4 minutes. This restorative and meditative style of yoga is based on Chinese Meridian Theory and works deeply on every level. Regular Yin practice will help you sleep better, give you more energy, relieve muscular tension and joint pain, create a deeper awareness of your body, calm your mind, relax your body and will enable you to become more mindful.

Mondays 6pm and Wednesdays 11.30am

Flow Yoga is based on the teachings of traditional yoga.  This class incorporates stretching and movement as well as breathwork and relaxation.  Regular practice will help build strength and stamina in your body and mind, improve your postural alignment , stretch and tone your muscles, increase organ circulation and help you open and release tension and tightness.  Natalie teaches this flow class in a gentle way, encouraging students only to do what feels good for their bodies and to explore and honour their limitations.

Guided Meditation Monthly

Natalie is a fully qualified Meditation Teacher and offers a monthly Guided Meditation to help end your week and begin your month in a restful, blissful space.  Whether you are looking to incorporate a regular meditation to your schedule, want to create calm in the chaos of life or just want to get a taste of what meditation feels like, Natalie will help guide you through this yoga for the mind practice.  This class is peaceful and restorative - you relax while Natalie gently guides you on a meditative journey that will help you rest and re-energise.

Every 1st Friday of every month at 5pm

 

 

Masterclass These sessions are a little longer than a usual class and are for yogis who have an established practice (at whatever level) or for students who would like to improve and progress in their practice.  Masterclasses are held in a variety of styles and can help deepen your understanding of different kinds of asana,  help you progress towards a particluar posture or for those of you who simply enjoy the deeply nourishing benefits of a longer practice.

 

1:1 Private Yoga Session
Natalie offers you the opportunity to work individually with her, either in person or online.  Whether you would like to introduce a daily yoga routine or meditation practice into your schedule; focus on a specific problem or area in your body that needs attention; deepen and improve your practice or learn correct postural alignment, a Private Yoga Session will be created with your specific needs in mind.  Natalie will have a consultation to discover your concerns, health issues and goals and will then design tailor made sequence especially for you.  She will then record your bespoke sequence for you to keep forever.
The investment of £75 for this service includes a consultation, 75 minute yoga session and a video of your personal practice.

Yoga for Small Groups
Natalie offers a private yoga service for a variety of businesses in both the workplace and online.   Parties are also catered for.  Please contact Natalie directly via email natalie@loveyogatree.com or call her on 0751620246 to discuss your specific needs.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

All workshops and masterclasses have to be booked and pre-paid in advance.   There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  While all payments are non-refundable, payment can be transfered to another workshop within a 6 month period if cancelled before 48 hours.  All cancellations under 48 hours will not be refunded or transfered.

The yoga class packs of 10 are valid for 6 months and yoga class packs of 5 for 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Yoga classes are drop in but if you want to reserve your space, please book in with Natalie.

If you purchased a Yoga Class Package of 10 in the last year while Natalie was at Chapel House Studios, you can use your class package in class or on line for the extended period until December 2022.

If you have previously cancelled a workshop and still have a transferable credit, this is valid until December 2022 inclusive.

Parking for Summer

Parking for classes and events is provided for yoga attendees outside the big barn, signposted "Yoga Parking."   Please drive up the track past the pigs and the bees and turn right in front of the big barn. Please park facing the wall so your car is parallel to the barn.

Parking here is for yoga students only so please park bumper to bumper, side by side - you will not get blocked in!   Dartmoor Reach is a working farm and access to the track is needed at all times.  Josh and Natalie would like to thank you for your understanding and co=operation.
