Yin Yoga (slow and meditative):
Mondays: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (except Bank holidays)
Wednesdays: 11.30am -12.45pm
Flow Yoga (active, movement, strength):
Wednesdays: 10am – 11am
Investment
Yoga Classes: £10 per session
5 Classes: £47.50 (valid for 3 months)
10 Classes: £90 (valid for 6 months)
