Natalie holds Reiki Training Courses every year from Reiki Level I, Reiki Level II, Reiki Level III and Reiki Masters Teacher Training.  These courses are held once a year and are fully accredited and certified.

Reiki Level I Practitioner Course

The Reiki Level I Practitioner Course is designed for individuals who are new to the practice of Reiki and are eager to learn the foundations of this healing art.

This course serves as an introduction to the history, principles, and practical applications of Reiki. By the end of the course, participants will have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to perform self-healing and to offer healing to others in a non-professional setting.

Course Objectives

Introduction to Reiki

• Understanding the origins and history of Reiki
• Learning about Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki
• The Reiki precepts and how they apply to daily life

Energy Basics

• Understanding the concept of life force energy (ki or chi)
• How Reiki works to balance energy within the body
• The relationship between energy flow and health

Attunement Process

• Receiving the first degree attunement from your Reiki Master
• Understanding how attunements open energy channels
• The significance of attunements in the Reiki practice

Hand Positions

• Learning the traditional hand positions for self-healing and practicing these
• Learning and practicing hand positions on others
• Understanding the significance of each hand position in relation to
  the body’s chakras

Self-Healing Techniques

• Daily self-healing practices
• 21 Day Self Care Routine and theory
• Incorporating Reiki into a personal wellness routine
• Techniques for enhancing personal energy and well-being

Reiki Practitioner Course Level II

The Level II Reiki Practitioner course is designed for individuals who have completed the Level I training and are ready to deepen their practice and understanding of Reiki. This course focuses on expanding the practitioner’s skills, enhancing their ability to channel Reiki energy, and provides the qualification to be a professional Reiki Practitioner.

Course Objectives

• Enhance Reiki Healing Skills: Building upon the foundational skills acquired in Level I, participants will learn to channel Reiki energy more effectively and efficiently.
• Introduction to Reiki Symbols: Participants will be introduced to three sacred Reiki symbols, which are essential tools for focusing and directing energy in specific ways for treating clients.
• Chakra Anatomy: Students will learn about the chakra system and how this can be used to understand clients’ physical, emotional and mental health.
• Personal Development: Participants are encouraged to continue their personal growth journey, enhancing their spiritual connection and self- awareness.
• Healing Space: Students will be trained in how to set up and create a healing space and will have access to Natalie’s Therapy space to view and practice in.
• Professional Development: Natalie will provide training on how to set up your own Reiki practice including using Reiki in medical settings

Reiki Master Level III Practitioner Course

The Reiki Master Level III Practitioner Course is designed for individuals who have completed both Reiki Level I and Level II training and wish to deepen their understanding and practice of this ancient healing art. This course focuses on enhancing spiritual growth, mastering advanced techniques, and preparing students to teach and attune others to Reiki energy.

To qualify for Master Level III Training, participants must complete a minimum of 10 case studies that offer a variety of conditions.

Course Objectives

• Advanced Healing Techniques: Learn powerful Reiki symbols and techniques that enhance energy flow and healing capabilities.
• Mastery of Energy: Gain a deeper understanding of energy dynamics and how to channel it effectively for healing purposes.
• Spiritual Growth: Explore personal spiritual development and how it integrates with your Reiki practice by enhancing your intuition.
• Distance Healing: The course covers techniques for sending Reiki energy across time and space, allowing practitioners to offer healing to others without being physically present.
• Hui Yin: Participants will learn the traditional Reiki cleansing and clearing technique.
• Crystal Healing: Students will learn how to cleanse, program and charge crystals and use a crystal pyramid grid to use in their healing treatments.
• Spiritual pendulum: Training in how to connect, clear and use a crystal pendulum is to tap into intuition, receive guidance and use in Reiki treatments. 
• Case Studies: Participants will be given the opportunity to discuss, analyse and explore implications of their and others case studies.

 Practical Components

• Hands-On Practice: Engage in practical sessions to refine advanced techniques and symbols.
• Case Studies: Analyze and discuss case studies to understand diverse healing scenarios.
• Peer Teaching: Practice teaching sessions with fellow students to gain confidence and experience.
