Join Natalie for her monthly Sacred Sister Circle for deep healing, soul connection and spiritual growth.

Each month, Natalie shares healing knowledge and practices on different topics and themes.

This month’s circle falls on the Moon being in the sign of Leo.  This is a great time to embrace grace and courage within yourself and practice self love.  This energy encourages you to become the master of your own mind and show yourself compassion as you navigate your life’s path.   Learn the ways in which you can bring compassion into our life and expand your self-imposed limits and boundaries so you can let your light shine.

These circles are very much about your own personal journey and you can share as much or as little as you want to.

The Kind of Things to Expect –

On arrival, you are always welcome to make yourself a wee cup of tea and make yourself at home.

You might want to wear comfortable clothes.

Inner reflection, prompted journaling and some simple written exercises so if you have a special journal you like to use, please bring this.

Guided meditation and breathwork.

Ritual elements cleansing, cacao and fire ceremony.

Natalie likes to work intuitively so please bring an open mind and know that all plans are open to change and divine intervention and guidance!
