Would you like to deepen your meditation practice? Would you like to use meditation to help you in your daily life to relieve stress and anxiety, create calm and peace?
The Level 2 course will deepen your already established meditation practice as well as exploring some new techniques.
Don’t’ worry if you haven’t meditated since the last course!?!
Level 2 will reintroduce you back to the wonders of meditation. You will be required to commit for the 6 weeks and practice at home in between classes.
A regular meditation practice has many benefits including –

Join Natalie for 6 weeks for her Level 2 Beginners Meditation Course on the tranquil location of Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm. You will practice a variety of meditation techniques each week; deepen your meditation practice following Natalie’s Level 1 course; be given home practice and guided support throughout the course.
