Yoga at Dartmoor Reach

After a lot of hard work and manifesting, Natalie and her husband Josh have created a beautiful, tranquil space on the edge of Dartmoor.  A small working farm, Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm has glamping huts, a double decker bus, alpacas, ducks, chickens, pigs, cats and a rabbit and looks out onto the beautiful Devonshire countryside. Nestled into the corner of their field with views of the farm, the free roaming animals and the surrounding landscape is Natalie’s healing yoga studio space – a dream that has been held in her heart for twenty years.
The fully equipped yoga studio is spacious and light and has a wood burning stove for cosier sessions in the colder months.  Looking out onto the scenic views of the Devon countryside, patio doors can be opened to enjoy the fresh air and birdsong.

*** NEW EVENTS FOR DEEP WINTER ***

Women’s Winter Healing Circles – powerful and transformative things happen when women gather together in circle and it is with pure love of the highest vibration that I am offering two Women’s Winter Healing Circles.  Numbers are limited to ensure a small and comfortable space so please let me know if you would like to join me.

Part One – Letting Go: rest, reflect and recharge.

Thursday 29th December 2022  2.30 -6pm

Are you ready to rest?  Take time to slow down in the heart of winter to reflect on your past year.  Explore what changes you have experienced in a safe and sacred space; feel what and how your experiences this year have needed healing.  Be open to receive a gentle restorative yoga practice to help you release the weight you have been carrying.  Be guided through a meditation that will help recharge your energy.  You are invited to a simple ritual of letting go of this year’s events to enable you to move forward with freedom and positivity.  There will be scrumptious cake and cacoa to soothe your soul as we come together to reflect, celebrate and ground ourselves back to our hearts.

Part Two – New Beginnings: renewal, rediscover and return.

Saturday 21st January 2.30 -6pm

On the afternoon of the first New Moon of 2023, we gather again to return to our truth through guided meditation and visualisation.  As we unite in circle, we have the magical opportunity to harness the natural rhythms of moon and its power for new beginnings.  Rediscover your soul voice, spend time healing and connecting with your source energy.  Plant seeds for renewal as we move foreward into the new year.  Expect healing meditation, guided visualisation, ritual and more delicious cake and cacao.

Each workshop is £45 and can be booked individually or you can book both together for £80.

I really recommend joining me for both sessions for maximum healing, transformation and support.

Workshops must be booked and paid for in advance.  Get in touch with Natalie to book your space or for any more information.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.  I am just a very small business and the challenges over the last couple of years has been immense.   I really do appreciate your support through it all and your compassionate consideration with regards to my policies.

Parking

Parking for classes and events is provided for yoga attendees outside the big barn on the right (passed the pigs and the bees!)  Parking here is for yoga students only so please park bumper to bumper, side by side – you will not get blocked in!   Dartmoor Reach is a working farm and access to the track is needed at all times.  Josh and Natalie would like to thank you for your understanding and co=operation.

Natalie leads her students with a very calm manner, soothing voice (gorgeous Scottish accent!) and clear instruction. Her guidance and continual tutoring on breath work brings to life the effectiveness of yoga practice.
It is all very much focused on the individual and their progress – all competitiveness and fad is eliminated with an excellent learning environment focused on the self and the benefits and sacredness of the mat.

Louise, Devon

Arriving at Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm made me feel instantly relaxed and cared for before I had even stepped into the beautiful healing space Natalie has created! A truly special place of healing.

Karen, Cornwall

You can feel the love with which Natalie has created her beautiful studio as soon as you walk in. The attention to detail makes the whole experience special, relaxing and extremely comforting.

Pat, Devon

A beautiful space to practice and take time out. Watching the alpacas and the ducks and chickens roam freely in the field while I practiced was heavenly!
