All classes at Chapel House Studios and Live Online are drop in and all levels are very welcome. Classes are £8 drop in or a 10 class package is available for £70 (valid for 6 months).
1:1 Yoga & Well Being Sessions
Natalie offers 1:1 Private Yoga & Well Being Sessions that can help you improve your practice with emphasis on correct alignment and technique. These private sessions are completely tailored to your specific needs. For example, to alleviate back pain; to increase fitness; to build confidence; to reduce anxiety or stress; to incorporate a daily yoga and/or meditation practice into your life.
These sessions can also work on a Holistic level if you want to move forward to a more healthy lifestyle. Natalie’s experience in holistic health and wellbeing ensures you are completely taken care of and will benefit from a personal program that she can design for your specific requirements.
A 1:1 Private Yoga & Well Being session £75/90 minutes
This includes an in depth consultation, a 90 minute practice session and a personal program created for you which can be recorded on video by Natalie for you to download and keep.
Private Yoga & Meditation

Yin yoga is a gentle, passive style where all postures are done on the mat (no standing). The emphasis is on breath awareness and stillness while poses are held for 3 -4 minutes. This restorative and meditative style of yoga is based on Chinese Meridian Theory and works deeply on every level. Regular Yin practice will help you sleep better, give you more energy, relieve muscular tension and joint pain, create a deeper awareness of your body, calm your mind, relax your body and will enable you to become more mindful.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of practice and sometimes referred to as Power Yoga. Regular practice will build strength and stamina in your body and mind, improve your postural alignment , stretch and tone your muscles, increase organ circulation and get you fit. Natalie teaches this active flow class in a gentle way, encouraging students only to do what feels good for their bodies and to explore and honour their limitations.
