Yin Deep – Prepare for Deep Rest

As we move closer into deep winter, it is vital to your wellbeing and health to create space to rest and relax. December can often become a little frantic with endless to do lists and social pressures to attend every event going. We often prioritise other people at this time of year which can cause stress, overwhelm and trigger emotional trauma.
As we juggle life’s demands, it becomes even more important to slow down and create sacred space just for yourself. Natalie’s Yin Deep sessions allow you to do this. Spend a nourishing afternoon by the wood burning stove, surrounded by candles and warmth.
Get still enough to hear and to heal the whispers from your soul.
A perfect place and time to let go of any stress you are holding on to; to practice being fully present to your body’s needs; to enable you to move forward into winter – mindfully, peacefully and with a deep sense of inner calm.
