A small working farm, Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm has glamping huts, a double decker bus, alpacas, ducks, chickens, pigs, cats and a rabbit and looks out onto the beautiful Devonshire countryside. Nestled into the corner of their field with views of the farm, the free roaming animals and the surrounding landscape is Natalie’s healing yoga studio space – a dream that has been held in her heart for twenty years. The fully equipped yoga studio is spacious and light and has a wood burning stove for cosier sessions in the colder months. Looking out onto the scenic views of the Devon countryside, patio doors can be opened to enjoy the fresh air and birdsong.

Join Natalie for 8 weeks on the tranquil location of Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm.  You will learn a variety of meditation techniques each week; be given home practice and guided support throughout the course.

Through this course, Natalie will help you find a style of meditation that suits you and will support you in establishing a regular, achievable and realistic meditation practice into your daily life.
