Join Natalie for her monthly Sacred Sister Circles for deep healing, soul connection and spiritual growth.  This group is for women only.

Each month, Natalie shares healing knowledge and practices on different topics and themes.

This month, the full moon is in Sagittarius.  This is like receiving a message from your future self.  Sagittarius brings hope, new ideas and big dreams.  In this circle, you will learn how to create your reality, set yourself goals and discover your purpose.

These Sacred Sister Circles are very much about your own personal journey and you can share as much or as little as you want to.

The Kind of Things to Expect –

On arrival, you are always welcome to make yourself a wee cup of tea and make yourself at home.

You might want to wear comfortable clothes.

Inner reflection, prompted journaling and some simple written exercises so if you have a special journal you like to use, please bring this.

Guided meditation and breathwork.

Natalie likes to work intuitively so please bring an open mind and know that all plans are open to change and divine intervention and guidance!
