This month the moon is in Scorpio – a powerful and perfect time to bring healing and growth into your energy.  This is a very auspicious beginning to Natalie’s Sacred Sister Circles as we can harness this powerful feminine energy and use it for transformation.

 Each month, Natalie invites you to come together in circle, where in lies much beauty and power.  We will share connection, stories, cacao and a relaxed space to learn and grow and explore together.

The circles are created for women who want to connect to or deepen their spiritual side in a safe, relaxed and supported space.

Each month, Natalie shares healing knowledge and practices on different topics and theme.

A range of topics and themes will be explored, which will work and correspond to the rhythms of natural seasonal cycles, the moon and the stars.

The first of these magical circles is on the 25^th April and is a Full Moon Ceremony.  The moon is in Scorpio which is powerful and a perfect time to bring healing and growth – a very auspicious beginning to the Sacred Sister Circles as we can harness this feminine energy and use it for transformation.

The Kind of Things to Expect –

On arrival, you are always welcome to make yourself a wee cup of tea and make yourself at home.

You might want to wear comfortable clothes.

Inner reflection, prompted journaling and some simple written exercises so if you have a special journal you like to use, please bring this or a notepad.  Don’t worry if you forget, Natalie will provide you with something to write on.

Guided meditation and breathwork.

Gentle movement practices to deepen your feminine connection and ground you to your body.

Cacao.

Energy cleansing.

Natalie likes to work intuitively so please bring an open mind and know that all plans are open to change and divine intervention and guidance!
