Connect with your energetic chakra system with Natalie’s monthly Guided Meditation.  Natalie will take you on a journey to help you feel clear, cleansed and deeply connected to your self.

You can relax in the comfort of your own home or join Natalie in her beautiful studio at Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm, Bovey Tracey.

You relax, lie down and rest while Natalie’s gentle Scottish voice takes you on a spiritual journey to clear your energy pathways.

Classes are drop in and are £10 each.  You can also use your yoga class package for these sessions that are held on the first Friday of every month, in studio or online.  Please join online via the link below.
