Each month, Natalie shares healing knowledge and practices on different topics and themes.

These Deep Healing Sessions are very much about your own personal journey and you can share as much or as little as you want to.  Following intuitive guidance to "widen the circle," these circles are now open to everyone - everyone is welcome.

What is Shadow Work?

Your Shadow is all of the disowned, unhealed parts of you that you store and hide in your subconscious.  The hidden aspects of your psyche; the things you keep hidden and bury deep.

This month’s Sacred Circle helps you unlock the power of self-discovery and inner transformation.  Through insightful self-reflection, Natalie will help you identify and work through the obstacles and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back form living your true potential magnificent self.

Energetically supported by a Full Moon in the sign of Virgo - this energy illuminates the empowerment from within you when you untangle your past.  It brings focus and perseverance to deal with past wounds and stories, so you can rise and open to your own inner wisdom of life in a completely new and free way.

This is the perfect time to illuminate the darkness that lies within!
