Join Natalie for 6 weeks for her Level II Beginners Meditation Course on the tranquil location of Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm. You will practice a variety of meditation techniques each week; deepen your meditation practice following Natalie’s Level I course; be given home practice and guided support throughout the course.
